Please complete the following form to be added to the waitlist for the High Plains Challenge Am. Any spots that become available will be given to players in the order they are received. You must be on-site at check-in time to claim your spot. If a spot becomes available before the day of the tournament, you will be notified by the tournament director via email.

If you a current PDGA member: Please be sure to check the box above. Your membership will be validated by the tournament director before check-in.

If you are NOT yet a current PDGA member: A $10 temp fee will automatically be added to your entry fee. If you present a valid PDGA membership card or printout of your online purchase receipt, the $10 temp fee will be refunded at check-in. PDGA membership is not required for players in the junior divisions and the temp fee will not be assessed.
