1st Round 8:30 am 2nd Round TBA (No less then 1 hour after last card turned in) CTP and Awards to follow conclusion of 2nd Round

******Up to $3 per player MAY be used to cover course fees, event sanctioning and insurance.  ANY left over funds will be put directly into payout******
Registration and "Available" spots will be updated as registration start to fill up.
Please be sure to only check PDGA member discount if you are current or plan to be current by event date.
Any player that is not current at time of Player's Meeting will be asked to pay the $10 temp fee for the PDGA.
If a division does not have 4 players at time of event, those players may be asked to modify the division that they are playing.
Online registration will close on April 28th, or when event reaches capacity of 90 people, with a maximum of 75 Ams.
In event of registration filling, a wait-list will be started.
Players Packages will be provided to Am players only.
$2 Ace pool will be available and collected day of, at check in.  All aces will be split.  If no one cards an ace, a CTP (Closest to The Pin) throw off will be done, and the pot will be split and awarded to the top three CTP finishers.
All pro divisions will receive a cash payout.
Am divisions will be issued gift certificates to Phenix Disc Sports.
Information will be updated to the player via the email address that they have on file.
As per PDGA guidelines, if a player needs to withdraw from the event, and would like a refund, they must contact the TD directly 2 weeks prior to event.
Contacting the TD less than two weeks out, may result in a partial, if not complete, forfeiture of entry.
