Like the name indicates, goal of the event is to shoot the best round using one disc to complete the round in the least amount of throws. This must be a PDGA approved disc. Standard PDGA rules apply except where noted below. Marker of some sort must be used to mark lie. Player may choose to carry an additional disc, of same plastic and mold, in case of lost disc. The ONLY way that second disc can be used is in case of a lost disc. No sidewalks will be played as OB for this event. Water will not be played as OB, if you choose to play it where is lies. If you do not play it from the water, you can play it from dry land with one stroke penalty. Field will be limited to first 50 players that register.

Fundraiser: This one disc challenge will be a fundraiser for Johnny Roberts Memorial Tournament (JRMT) Sept 4th & 5th. Proceeds from this event will go to JRMT, to help with expenses and increasing the size of player's packages and payout.
Payout for the One Disc challenge will be 75%/25%. 75% of the entry fees will go back to JRMT and 25% of the entry fees will go to the payout of the one disc challenge.
Each divisional winner will receive a trophy.
