MANSION FUNDRAISER:
Hey everyone, looks like things are really shaping up for the events. Jim C and crew have really put some nice work into the Mansion course, you'll all have a great time guaranteed!
We'll have a final 9 for the top 10 qualifiers of each division, make sure to watch this, the layout is quite impressive and fun to watch if you're not playing.
We'll post directions on Thursday or Friday for those who are new to the course and area.
JOHNNY ROBERTS MEMORIAL:
We'll be getting some (hopefully all) of the fundraiser discs this week and they'll be available at the fundraiser.
Player's packs are also coming along nicely. Ams will receive a T-Shirt, Disc and a Custom Metal Mini. Pro's will get a T-Shirt and Custom Metal Mini.
With the funds we raise at the Mansion, we will split between Added Cash for Open divisions and tournament funds (Am payout, player's packages, etc.)
We've been working on layouts at JR and Bird's Nest which are coming along well. Hole 8 at Johnny will NOT be in play due to City restrictions :(. We've been planning on this hole all along, but we received word today that the City just won't take any more chances with that part of our layout. So we'll make accommodations to be sure the course is still competitive and fun.
Bird's Nest is also coming along nicely, we'll have a better mix of long and short shots, so it's not just throwing bomb after bomb. But... there will be some long ones :)
Still quite a few spots open for all divisions, so if you plan to register online, we'll keep it open until the Wednesday before the event (Sept. 1) at 9pm.
